Hair Extension Application Options
Pre-bonded hair extensions are fitted using a heat wand. Once heated the Italian keratin bond is rolled into the shape and size of a grain of rice. This method can last between 3 -5 months in the hair before needing to be removed, reinstalled or repositioned depending on what quality hair you choose.

Micro Link hair extensions are used in conjunction with pre-bonded nail tip extensions but have a stick shaped tip (I tipped). A small, acrylic coated silicone ring is clamped over the natural hair, holding the stick shape extension in place. This is the kindest method for your hair and can be just as durable as Pre-bonded and can last between 3 -5 months in the hair before needing to be removed, reinstalled or repositioned depending on what quality hair you choose. Micro Ring Weft hair extensions are applied using a number of micro rings to keep the weft in place, alternatively the weft can be applied by liquid bonding. I only recommend you use micro rings for fitting as the liquid bonding method is very damaging to the hair.
This method can last between 2-3 months in the hair before needing to be removed, reinstalled or repositioned depending on what quality hair you choose.
